That's a good question. I assume they would have to do some sort of sanitization process between groups but that would still put sanitary workers and probably teachers at risk still.
I think they are trying just to lower the amount of people in the room so there can be more space. But my mom speculated about the difficulty of keeping some children to keep from touching each other and keeping their social distance, especially in younger classrooms.
