I have published our book on the Department of Computer Science's server. Because I did not ask for permission from each of you to publish your work in a way that would make it possible for anyone in the world to view it, I have published it on this server. It is accessible only by people on the campus of Cornell College.
You can view our book here. You can copy it to your own computer or save it on a USB flash drive (a memory stick).
Please write to me if you have any trouble getting a copy of the book. If it is more convenient, I can distribute the book in a different way.
