Wednesday Night reflection

Whenever I try to learn a new programming language, I always head to w3schools.com to get a basic idea of the language. This is no different than with SQL, as it has been instrumental in teaching me what specific methods do in a SQL program. However, one of my largest problems with w3schools is that it doesn't actually provide me with any real coding problems to test my knowledge. Most of the exercises on there are extremely short and aren't very challenging. Even though I am almost finished with the course, I don't feel confident enough to say I understand the language, as I have next to zero experience coding with it. It's lessons may be useful as an introduction or a quick reminder, but it doesn't go far beyond that. Hopefully in the next course we do as a class, I get more experience in solving problems with SQL.
