In the research we did for out last paper assignment, I have seen several studies that say a person has the potential to be a contagious asymptomatic carrier for longer than 14 days.  If this is the case, will there be an increase in the number of cases after the country opens back up?  Im thinking that if people have the virus and don't know it they could go back to work and spread the virus to co-workers and start another flare up -- perhaps similar to the ones we are seeming in meat factories.

Remember that these tests are for viral RNA, not for the infectious virus.  So people are not being tested for being contagious.  This is one of the problems with the test.

Opening back up the country will probably cause a rise in cases but we don't know how many.
