My mother works at a hospital in Iowa and they are refusing to utilize the new rapid testing due to the 25% false negative showing that it has. They are a small hospital and right now it is taking 2-4 days to get results on tests. Do you think it would be more beneficial for them to go ahead and use the rapid tests, even with the inaccuracies?

NO.  25% false negative is really problematic.  the test is not catching 1 in 4 people.  Someone who tests negative may feel that they don't have to be cautious

but there are some tests coming out that will be more accurate.
