What is the biggest difference between people who show symptoms and people who don't?

Is there a big difference in the way their bodies/cells handle the virus?

Does the same virus lifecycle happen in asymptomatic people?

people who do not show symptoms are infected but for some reason, maybe their immune system-we don't know, they do not progress to become symptomatic.  Everyone's immune system is different and there are huge genetic differences between immune systems between people.  Yes, the same life cycle but the immune response may be different
