How does our body know which virus is "dangerous" and which isn't?

Is it helpful to be cleaning our surfaces so often if we have been isolated since quarantine started?

Have states reactions to COVID-19 such as opening beaches or not implementing stay at home orders hurt the US chances of recovering?

the body considers anything that is non-self as something to attack.  Even bacteria called commensals that live in our GI tract are viewed as harmful if the bacteria enter the body.  We will discuss how the immune system identifies non-self particles.

Probably not. but isolation does not guarantee sterility

maybe; we will not know for a while
