I heard yesterday that it is now known that SARS-CoV-2 is causing blood clots in people. Do you know or have any guesses/ideas why this may be happening?
Also, what are your thoughts on the President telling people to inject disinfectants and use UV Rays to help protect themselves from COVID-19?
Actually physicians have known about the blood clotting problem for a while but it just hit the news. A lot of viruses cause problems with blood clotting. some of these problems might be due to inflammation or might be due to infection of the cells that line blood vessels. We really don't know yet.
That was probably the worst thing Trump has stated yet.
