Any country and people who have had to endure natural disasters are at particular risk for infectious diseases. In fact, COVID-19 is another natural disaster! My thoughts go out to you and your family! I wish them all well and hope that people on the mainland will remember that Puerto Rico is a part of the United States. I was born in Hawaii when the islands were a territory of the United States and not a state. Territories are sometimes not extended the same privileges that other members of the states enjoy.
