Recently, the outside temperature in my hometown is around 35゜C and some people are saying that the high temperature can control the infection of COVID-19 and the downtown start to be crowded. How do you think of this?

I think it is risky.  We have no evidence that SARS-CoV-2 infection will decrease because of higher ambient temperatures.  The coronaviruses that cause the common cold do not show any seasonal variation.  In addition, outside ambient temperature is not the same as inside temperatures.
